While at Toyota I was responsible for the Onboaridng expereince, from sign up through to App dashboard working with the Global PO and NA Product Owners.
The orignal concept was iterated on to improve users understanding of the Trials and service offered (because Trials = $), and while we did improve Users understanding it was still clear it was too complex and education was not happenign at the right time so an initiave was kicked off to reimage the whole App with Onboarding being a key area.
